By downloading, installing, or using Money Manager, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your access to and use of our financial tracking services and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the developer/organization.

Money Manager provides a platform for manual entry, management, and visualization of personal or business expenses, income, transfers, and available account funds.

• The application is provided strictly for informational and record-keeping purposes.
• Money Manager is not a bank, financial institution, investment advisor, or tax authority.
• The application does not provide professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

• The application uses Google Sign-In for authentication. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Google account credentials.
• Your financial records and profile data are synchronized with your personal Google cloud database via Google Firebase, enabling multi-device access, real-time sync, and backup.

As a manual tracking and budgeting tool, the accuracy and validity of all financial reports, charts, balances, and analytics depend entirely on the data you enter. Money Manager and its developers are not responsible or liable for any financial decisions, budgeting errors, or discrepancies resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed entries.

We respect your privacy. Your personal financial data is stored securely in your dedicated cloud database instance. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share your personal financial entries, transaction records, or account details with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

Money Manager grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the application strictly for lawful financial record-keeping in accordance with these Terms. You shall not, directly or indirectly:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to extract the source code, underlying algorithms, or architecture of the application.
• Modify, adapt, translate, redistribute, sublicense, lease, sell, rent, or create derivative works of any part of the application or its assets.
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any digital rights management (DRM), security mechanisms, or subscription entitlement gating systems.

You agree to use Money Manager exclusively for legitimate, lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the application for:

• Fraudulent accounting, tax evasion, deceptive financial transactions, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Any illegal, unauthorized, illicit, or criminal activities under local, state, national, or international laws and regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer, creators, or organization be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, financial loss, data loss, business interruption, or device failure) arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the application.

• Premium subscription tiers (Pro, Ultimate, and Business) and donation packages are processed, billed, and managed securely through the Google Play Store (Google LLC) or Apple App Store (Apple Inc.).
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled by the user in their Google Play / App Store subscription settings at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation, billing inquiries, and refund requests are governed strictly by the policies of the respective app store platform.

Money Manager offers peer-to-peer (P2P) transaction tracking, invoice verification, and beneficiary management features.

• Users are solely responsible for verifying the email addresses, identifiers, and identities of any beneficiaries they add or link.
• The developer is not responsible or liable for any transaction disputes, incorrect transfers, unauthorized payments, or financial misunderstandings between users.

User and financial records are stored and synchronized via Google Cloud / Firebase Services. While reasonable measures are taken to ensure high availability and stability:

• The developer is not liable for data loss, service outages, synchronization delays, or damages caused by cloud provider failures, network interruptions, database incidents, technical issues, or unforeseen events.
• Users are strongly encouraged to periodically utilize the in-app JSON and CSV Export tools to maintain offline local backups of their financial data.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When updates are published, the "Last Updated" and "Effective Date" will reflect the revision date. Continued use of the application following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
